When I am driving the clicking noise from the blinker keeps going on and off, even when the blinkers aren't on. If I step on the brakes this causes the blinker (noise) to go berzerk as if there is a short or something. I was told to check for a light burnt out, or the solenoids in the fuse cluster, but I don't know if that is the problem for sure. If it is the solenoids they don't appear to be where the fuse cluster is.

Please help.
