im building a d16y8 to throw in my hatch and i understand that y8s are bad for throwing rod and piston bearings. id also heard that its possible to dremel out the in/out oil passages and this would help match the ports reducing the chance of the bearings going bad. is this true? are there any other ways to help increase the longevity of the bearings? thanks
