Any ideas for my "new" Saturn?FullThrottleSC2 11-17-2003, 04:55 PM Newbie here. I'm looking around to make my 95 SC2 a little faster but so far all i have really found is an air filter and some Cold air intakes. Does anyone else have any suggestions of mods I can buy (except Nitrous). All I have right now is an exhaust because I just got the car and haven't seen much for it. Anyt suggestions would help. -The Stig- 11-17-2003, 06:49 PM Hmmm let me think of a solution... Ah I got one... Step #1: Drink a beer... beer helps the mind think more clearly through a haze of brown liquid. Step #2: Stare at your car... staring at a object can sometimes make it appear faster or that it is moving... Especially if you blink alot. Step #3: If the staring isn't working... Have another beer. This will make things go faster. Step #4: Grab nearest firearm and shoot your car. Yes, fill it with holes... If I've learned anything from Homer J. Simpson it's that speed holes are a blessing to the racing gods. Step #5: You might want to buy more beer... After all you just shot your car full of lead. Just wait till your parents/girlfriend/wife see's what you did. You're in big trouble Mr. Man! Step #6: Regarding Step #4... You would of probably been better off to sell the car instead of shooting it. Hey, don't blame me for pumping your car full of buckshot... You're the one who pulled the trigger. Step #7: Learn to do that sweet Matrix move Neo does in the Matrix. You know... where he dodges the bullets by doing the limbo move? Ya that one! What does it have to do with your situation? Nothing, but it'd be sweet party trick for later on. Step #8: Lay off the bottle for a while... After all you just spent twenty minutes immitating Keanu Reeves doing the Matrix dodge maneuver in your living room in your Spider-Man boxers no less. I think it's time you went sober for a while... we're a little worried about you man. In all seriousness, I don't see much of a aftermarket following for the Saturns... Any type of Header, Intake and full exhaust will help that SC2 of yours scoot a bit better. Maybe contact a local speed shop and see if they're willing to fabricate up a custom turbo setup? Saturns aren't my specialty but with enough money you can make anything quick. Ace$nyper 11-17-2003, 06:52 PM OMG redneck you are teh king! that was so damned funny. My best idea is get another car. Saturns don't have much aftermarket stuff but you can get all base level I/H/E and your bout done with it.
