I just replaced the front and rear brakes on my 2000 Accord. But now when I hit the brakes it makes like Squeaky sound. Any idea what I might have done wrong?

If you used aftermarket pads chances are it's just the pads. Hondas don't like AM pads. Probably the largest share of brake noise complaints are on cars that just had new pads put on at Midas or Schwab. Especially on the first brake job. Honda pads are softer so they don't last quite as long, but they are quiet, and they don't glaze ip your rotors.(unless you are a hardcore light braker) The extra money for Honda pads is well worth it.

aftermarket brake pads do not come with shims and installer didn't transfer shims of old OEM pads to new ones, they will squeak a lot. coat of anti-squeak lubricant will also help with squeaking.

I have question off of this... I have the Honda brake pads and I have one that squeeks hardcore. What can I do to adjust it or fix that aweful noise? It really sucks when the windows are down.

Is the pad worn?
If not try lubing the back of the pads & shims
