I was wondering if there was any aftermarket companies that make intake manifolds for the 1964 engine. All i ever see is 1965 and up.

Check out YearOne and PerformanceYears. I'll look through my catalogs when I get a chance. Do you own a '64?

Sounds great, can't wait to see the pics. What needs to be done to it?

theres not much that needs to be done except for some touching-up in the interior. Also, the trunk is rusted pretty bad and needs to be replaced. The engine and engine compartment need to be cleaned up a little though.

Yea, a trunk kit and everything for the interior are offered by Original Parts Group. I would suggest ordering a catalog from their site. It's one of the best out there.
