My neighbor became very ill ended up in the Hospital for months.
He left his windows open in his 1990 Buick Century, the doors filled up with water causing the motor to open and close non stop.

I drilled some hole in the bottom of the door to let the water out, unplugged the motors (windows)

recharged the battery and the car will not start--I removed the spark plug and went to ground no spark.

any suggestions

Thanks

My suspicion at this point is that one or both of the cam and crank sensors is responsible for the no- start. To properly test these sensors, you must have a 'scope. With water involved, the repairs could, of necessity, become very expensive. It would be best to test each sensor individually, replace the defective ones and go from there. Ray
