Hello everyone~

There is someone who is trying to sell me a INGS+1 full bodykit for the 2002 DC5 RSX

However, I'm having great deal of trouble trying to identify if the kit is "REAL" or just another replica because the guy is asking for $1200CAD and says that it is "REAL" and ordered from Japan for $3000CAD about a year ago.....

The problem is....after my frid and I went to check out the kit, it appears that the kit is made out of filberglass just like all other replica kit(although i have heard from someone before that Japanese companies do use filberglass to make "REAL" kit).........

However, the filberglass on this kit is BLACK.....we donno y......and there is also a INGS sticker inside the front bumper....he also say that he can re-print me a receipt to state that the kit is really from Japan and was bought for $3000CAD...since he lost his original receipt

So guys....i'm just hoping that if any of you out there can give me some advise of how to identify if a bodykit is "REAL" or replica.....coz i used to think that all "REAL" kit should be made of urethane(whatever it suppose to spell like....i mean the stock bumper material).....coz there is no way i'm gonna pay $1200CAD for a used bodykit made of filberglass unless by some chance it is really the "REAL" kit from INGS+1 Japan.....

Thx and plz help

it might be real, but i would think if someone pays that much for a kit(especially straight out of japan) It would be made out of urethane for that perfect fit, thats just my :2cents:
