I just got new underdrive pulleys for an Accord 2000 4cly. Was this a good buy? I just heard of good things and bad... I have very little attached to the battery- so I don't drain much.... do I need a new alternator? About how many HP am I gaining exactly at wheel? Thanks!

How much did you spend? They will only free up a few HP's & cause the alternator to work harder which mean a shorter life.

I got the AEM pulleys for my 90', Very little power gain, but overall happy with my buy

I spent 120 bucks for them OBX. I was only able to install the Steering one. The other one will wait a while and see. Now I have someone telling me to get the third pulley....which one?

they probably mean the crank pulley - don't replace that unless it's a race only car (harmonic balancer issues). Otherwise, completely harmless. $120 for the OBX ones is "okay". They are no diff. than the AEM other than that I'd probably trust the AEM ones a little better.

The alternator one you may not want to install if you have a big system.
