I'll try and get the ball rolling - 1987 black 1.6 GT (couldnt afford insurance on anything bigger!) 15" Oz Super T's on Hankooks SS custom made twin square exhaust weber carb other mods to be done soon - badgeless grille and getting her lowered 30mm or some such Helen sandrunner 11-16-2003, 11:16 AM 1978 8v- too much to list, but quick and fun... desimae 12-02-2003, 10:12 AM We just bought a 1985 scirocco for my daughter who is about to turn 16. I have to admit neither my husband or I know too much about VW's. We are currently trying to find a body kit to put on the car. The car is in rather good shape and only has 87,000 miles. We just bought 17" rims and tires for the car and a new sound system. The next thing is the body kit and I need some suggestions as to where I can find one to fit. I have read online about the Reiger or Karmei body kits. Do any of you know about these??? Any info would be helpful. Thanx Rukh 12-03-2003, 12:27 AM '81 Roc S, 2.0 ABA TT and stuff. Matt Speck 12-08-2003, 12:36 PM 1985 1.8 GTI (ABD Racing) Porting into States from Canada new. I too have been looking for body mod. Srocket_3 12-17-2003, 03:52 PM Reiger and Karmei are the only 2 companys I have seen make body kits for the Scirocco.....and I do beleive that they are both imports....and not many places actually order them.....Reiger is definatly the better of the 2 for a few reasons..... to start the Reiger body kits for the rocco looks way better that its competetor....second.....the fit on the car is perfect with Reiger....they are made to fit specific years and models instead of one size fits all....and the price is a little better for the Reigers too.....for more info on the Reiger body kits call: Motor Trenz in Spokane,Wa (509) 455-7519 they can probably help you more there vwpowered 01-02-2004, 05:37 PM hiya helen fancy seeing you here hun :) Pontiac Only 02-06-2004, 08:07 PM All original 1981 Scirocco S - very clean and as you know - Quick!
