Blown manifold gaskets, clean engine?

Well, I've joined the club of blown 3.4L lower intake manifold gaskets. I've got coolant in my oil and oil in my coolant. I've found a nice post detailing how to clean up my cooling system, so now I'm looking for info on how to clean out the coolant that shouldn't be in the engine.

Any assistance apprecitated, thanks.

Well, I've found an answer to my own question, so I'm going to post it here to share with other interested people.

TSB 02-06-01-028 Aug/02 states that GM does NOT endorse the use of any crankcase flushing substances on the market. So, for my money I think I'll be changing my oil fairly frequently over the next few months.
