hey wasup everyione i currently have a 99gsr with i/h/e and lookin into gettin ctr cams..i heard upgrading to jdm type r pistons would increase a lot of power with the cams..how does pistons work and are the jdm pistons a good pair with the cams..is it as simple as installation and instant power or a lot of engine work and custom work to the engine for the pistons to work safely and correct? any help

Yea, that would be a good combo, but its quite a task to put cams and pistons in. I would just add a 50shot of nitrous.
