180sx by Martin...Drift Action!!!nismo4banger 10-31-2003, 01:02 PM I love drawing cars, but I gave them all away. So, I drew this the other night so I can post it here. I drew it free hand. I just looked at a picture in a magazine. I lightly drew it in pencil and colored it with colored pencil. I used a Prismacolor pen for the really dark areas. Usually I draw with more detail, but I drew this pretty quick and it is on a pretty small piece of paper. Give me some feedback please. I'll draw more soon. Probably this weekend. EMAXX 10-31-2003, 07:10 PM Looks good man. Great work. SuPeRcAr_MaN 11-01-2003, 12:25 AM The only fault I could point out is the wheel wells. Other than that it's a great sketch. Nice work. Slipknot 11-01-2003, 05:19 PM thats awesome HighOctaneNOSUser 11-02-2003, 11:16 AM !!!Looks good, but maybe fix up the wheel wells on your next sketch, and add a little smoke to the tires to really show that the car is drifting, and not just sitting there, with you looking at it from the front/side. Oh! Now I see the smoke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I :banghead: AM :banghead: SO:banghead: STUPID:banghead: !!!I thought that it was drifting from one side, when really it was drifting from the other! nismo4banger 11-03-2003, 07:28 PM Thanks for the comments guys. I'm not happy with the rear wheel, but that's OK. This drawing took me a little over an hour. I'm working on a new drawing now. I'm gonna spend a long time on it. It's on a big piece of paper, so I hope my school has a big scanner. RSX 11-12-2003, 06:55 PM I think that something you did good was blurring the background. I was wondering how I could possibly execute it correctly, and your drawing kind of gives me an idea now. thanx asaenz 11-13-2003, 06:56 AM Wow, that does look really cool. It has action to it. You guys might try soft pastels for blury backgrounds. alfred vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
