I have a 85 Caprice 305. I need help the engine is making a tapping noise it isnt lout but i want my engine to run perfect. I have no heat as well I'm not sure if it is the blowere or the heater core, My AC dosnet work either. On that console the only thing that works is the rear de-froster so im not sure what the problem is. I you have any tip or can point me in the right direction it would be helpful. Thanks

change the oil and filter and readjust all the rockersand get new plugswires and cap and rotor and retighten all the carb screws and make sure its bolted down tight still

hold carb open with engine running and slap choke shut on it for about a full second and then open it back up and let it catch up,


all of that will make it run better :D
should be very noticeable improvement
