Two seat, convertible, hatchback...What?enzo@af 04-08-2001, 06:18 PM Before..... http://www.vitessesportscar.com/images/a.jpg Do you have an 88-91 Civic Hatchback? Have you modded it up to some decent numbers, but still want more? Do you like Convertibles? Well, then the Vitesse roadster might be for you. It's a complete rebody for this year range of civic hatchback. With a complete kit including convertible top, taillights, and headlight assemblies running near $6000, this isn't a cheap kit. However, the result is something quite different from the typical kit cars. Personally, I think it's a great change from the fiero and VW bug kits, and may give rise to more rebodies for import enthusiasts who just aren't happy with ground effects. I have been told by the kits creator that a coupe version is in the works, designed to fit on a CRX chassis. Both cars will be displayed at this years kit car show in Carlisle PA, May 18-20. If anybody goes, get me some pictures!!!!!!! AFTER!!! http://www.vitessesportscar.com/images/pic6bmain.jpg If you wish to know more, pick up a copy of this month's kit car magazine, or go to www.vitessesportscar.com enzo@af 04-08-2001, 06:25 PM Click on the pictures for larger views. http://www.vitessesportscar.com/images/pic5.jpg (http://www.vitessesportscar.com/pic5.htm) http://www.vitessesportscar.com/images/pic11.jpg (http://www.vitessesportscar.com/pic11.htm)http://www.vitessesportscar.com/images/pic1.jpg (http://www.vitessesportscar.com/pic1.htm) TheMan5952 04-09-2001, 09:31 PM I would suggest a Engine swap to a ITR or GSR engine first. i_rebel 05-14-2001, 12:26 PM That's not bad at all . . . I do think it would be extra hot with an engine swap . . . that's not a bad car! Considering for around $10,000 you could have something totally unique! kris 05-14-2001, 11:32 PM damn, to late, the pics are gone.:( vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
