I would have taken it as a Joke had it been presented in a way to allow as much. Anyway, I dont think anything more should be made of this. I dunno about you but in both given situations I would much rather take the Toyota even though I know Toyota and GM kinda got this buddy-buddy thing going on, also Toyota are better than every American car company with the exception of Ford, which is in first place and Toyota is in a close second.

But yeah- the Echo hatchbacks have been on sale here since 1999- they are really all over the place- lots of them, I don't like them, they are far overpriced- that is all I have to say- you may now proceed to shut down your computer

I don't understand why you guys hate the Echo hatchback so much. It has fantastic fuel economy, its very inepensive, runs smoothly, has good performence for a car of this cost, it has TONS of space inside (which is why its so tall) and the sport seats are SO comfortable. My family owns the 5-door RS (which is the sports package) and we all love it.
