You need a volt meter or test light to hunt for power. is there power at the relay? at the fuse?
Is there sigal from the computer?

You need to see if you r getting power to the fuel pump relay. It is near the processor under dash behind radio. There are 2 relays there. One is the EEC relay(brown one) the other is the fuel pump relay(green one) Hold the green one in your hand then turn key on, it should click then click again in 3 seconds(this just pressurizes the fuel system). One of the bigger wires should have power all the time, the other bigger wire should have power when you turn the key on for 3 seconds then continuously when car starts. If no click check to see if either smaller wire is sending power for 3 seconds. If not check other relay for click in your hand(it has to turn on the processor) when you turn on the key.
If you need a walk through e-mail me your phone number and i will call you and walk you through it.
