Anyone had fuel gauge problem with the CLK?MioCLK 10-14-2003, 01:53 AM I am just curious about this. Is this a common problem with the CLK? Because my family owns 2 CLKs, a 2000 CLK 230 kompressor and a 2001 CLK 430. Both cars experienced the same problem with the fuel gauge. The needle doesn't point at the right place, or sometimes it doesn't even move at all. Luckily, both were fixed under warranty by replacing the fuel sensor. twomercs 01-04-2005, 07:45 AM Hi there, have just read your post about fuel gauge on CLKs - mine packed up last weekend so I found your info useful. I hope it is just the fuel sensor and not the electrics that are palying up. PS would rather have this problem in sunny California rather than her in cold and windy England. Best wishes for New Year Mick josiebaby 01-08-2005, 12:50 PM I'm afraid this problem is inherant throughout the range. I see is at least once a week on some model or other. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
