I just rebuilt my engine and I have a problem. This has been going on before I rebuilt the engine. I have tried eveything from putting in another transmission to changing out the computers. My car will go from first gear to fourth gear in about 3 seconds when you hit the gas. At other times it want change gears until I hit 4000 rpm for each gear. As you can tell I have a automatic. I need some really bad help.

since nobody knows what is wrong with my car, I have to figure it out myself. I finally found what the problem was and I can't believe that it was the cause of all my problems(transmission and other things) but it works now.....

Really? What was the problem? Just need a fluid change, or was something just unplugged. I woulda helped you out but i hate sludgeboxes so i don't bother to learn everything about them, they shoulda never came in any sports/GT car. :disappoin

What was the problem???? This same exact thing is happening to me and I cna't figure it out!
