MGB Sebring Valence Drexel_quentin 10-07-2003, 11:17 AM
I would like to put a Sebring valence kit on my 1976 MGB. I wanted to know if it is possible. I also would like to know if I would need a new grill or if the one under the rubber bumper is fine. Lastly, I would like to know if the rear valence is mold to finish the line of the lights. Thanks Quentin I saw it done on this car. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31857&item=2435082230 timcollard1 01-15-2004, 08:17 AM if u have any info on fitting a sebring front and rear valance could u let me know as i am looking into fitting them i have a 1977 bgt. thanks mrbassman 01-19-2004, 09:05 PM Go to britishcarforum.com There are close to 3000 british car owners there and you will get a quick reply. Corgitoysaver 02-08-2004, 09:16 AM Either bolt it on, or pop rivet. The original factory ones made of alu were bolt on as a replacement for the original. Always use slightly bigger rivetts to give more strenth to the fiberglass! I have a front and rear valance wating to put on a "76 as well. I have some pictures of an original works car. Mail me to see them if you want. Raymond. Related Links Enter the largest automotive community on the planet! |
