I have a 93 accord se, and I am looking for some advice on suspension, I want to lower it, and put a bodykit on it. I also want to do some performance work to it aswell. I need some advice. You all seem to know your stuff.

Well, that stuff is all a mater of your own personal tastes. Some people like their cars slammed, others like them "stock like" (only an inch or so drop). Body kits are DEFFINATELY up in the air, the recommendation from me is either don't get one, or get a very moderate one made from urethane if you want it to last.

As for suspension, the best upgrades for any front wheel drive car, would be a rear sway bar if you don't have one (EX comes with one, but can deffinately be upgraded). A set of springs and shocks, but make sure you get good stuff (Eibach, Tein, Neuspeed, etc, etc). Basically, if it's cheap, it's probably cheap for a reason. You may choose coilover sleeves (or true coilovers if you got money) if you'd like adjustable ride height. Just make sure you get adjustable shocks/struts to match.

You may also benefit from some strut bars. Neuspeed's is the best, but any generic off eBay will do about the same job in the long hall.

There are several good guides out there on selecting these components....and there are really too many to list, it all depends on the purpose of the car. Make sure you get a camber kit after lowering the car more than an inch.

How cheaply made are the fiberglass body kits made? What is the front bumper of my car made out of now? (Its stock) Looks like plastic to me.

stock front clip is deffinitely plastic. i have a fiberglass R34 bodykit on my 98 two door and it's just the look i was going for. if you can find a urethane body kit that suits your taste then go with that, because if you've lowered the car at all, or are planning on lowering it, you will scrape the shit out of the front clip. that is, unless you live in a perfect world where there are no steep driveways or parking blocks. trick is to get your driving style dialed to where you can get in those driveways with minimal scraping. i've had my kit on for about a year and haven't broken it yet cause i'm carefull. one more piece of advice, if your going bodykit, don't slam the car, leave some clearence cause most kits drop lower than the factory skirts and bumpers.
