hey everyone.....i've got a couple of questions.....
1.) where can i come by a 4 spd tranny for a 68' Chevelle?(new or rebuilt)
2.) where can i aqquire a conversion kit to change my front drums to disc?
perferably a kit that came with 2'' drop spindles, and all of the hardware included (master cylinder, power brake booster, brake lines, calipers, ext.....)
any help here would be hot...

a company called hotchkis performance sells disc brake conversions, however the only thing it doesnt come with is the power booster and master cylinder, you can get that from original parts group

I dont know what type 4 speed your looking for but i would check the junk yards for a Cast Iron Muncie. If not the Muncie, try for a Saganaw those two are what cevy put in them.

PST (Performance Suspension Technology) http://www.p-s-t.com . 2 inch drop spindle/disc brake conversion kit. 4 speeds for that car are all over the place. Muncie, Saginaw, Borg Warner T-10 and Super T-10. There's so may different versions with different gearing.
