Montana Door Locks

Is there a simple way to have the door lock/unlock when turning the key (in the door locks) to the front or back of the vehicle? According to the manual if the vehicle is equipped with power locks, all doors should unlock by turning the key and holding it for one second. All doors should lock by turning the key in the oposite direction and holding it for one second. This does not appear to be working on my montana. Thanks for any input!

I'm pretty darn sure this is a "personality" feature, that you can turn off and on. Sounds like it's turned off. I'm also pretty sure that this is covered in the Owner's Manual, I read something about it in there - but didn't read too carefully.

IIRC, the manual uses the term 'personality' of your vehicle for certain things that you can control, such as these automatic locks.

Let me know if you can't find it.
