How do you go about this and what is the performnce gain from it?I have a 91 EX accord and I don't see how this would help this vehicle personally. The area it is supposed to go at is heavily structured already !
Where would one find stronger sway bars for the EX model also ?

Can't help you too much on the install of the lower tie bar, should be pretty straight forward. As for the sway bars, look up Suspension Techniques, you'd only want the rear bar though, unless your building a slalom racer ;o). I'll add more later, I've got to run.
