Realistic Answer: You probably have something hooked up that is draining power even when the car is turned off....or something along those lines. That could be hecktic to track down, so hopefully you'll find a more easy answer soon! - Nathan racebynow 09-18-2003, 01:50 PM Hey nathan! it's not the battery or the altenator. You don't remember me I bought the cd from you. I got the new update last night, thanx! accordztech 09-18-2003, 11:47 PM first off how old is the battery....second...is there water in the battery...3rd...whats the voltage? how do u know its not the alternator...i know why but i just want to make sure that u know. scarecrowdjinn 09-19-2003, 08:44 AM most autmotive stores will do free testing of your alternator and battery... I'd devently start there just to eliminate thoes possibilities. racebynow 09-19-2003, 11:32 AM my battery when bad and it was under warrenty so i have a NEW one but the battery is not the problem, I also have a NEW altenator tha has been tested at 155 amps & 120 amps at idle so thats not the problem either. knorsk 09-19-2003, 08:06 PM well until you find out what is draining the power. Fashion a kill switch that stops current flow from the battery to all those lame ass accessories that they put on cars these days. Check the little crap like glove box lights, interior lights...etc. If you can't find the problem just sell the car. 93hybridaccord 09-19-2003, 08:38 PM Just sell the car? It's gotta be some sort of accessory or light that is doing it. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
