If you dont wanna go and find a new belt then just leave the pump on and just drain, disconnect, and plug the lines then your all set.

I think your FOS on the mugen ecu(running properly) with the D16 but w/e

remove the reservoir, pump, belt, hoses.
cut the lines off near the rack & connect the feeds with returns using hose & clamps.
leave the fluid in the rack

Its an ecu meant for a B, thats just it. Are you running a B? A B16 and a D16 are somewhat similar but as far as EP sytems they run under very different conditions. Why do you have an ecu tuned for a B running on a D?

for the a/c u have to evacuate the system, after that diconnect hoses, belt n unbolt it, then remove the condenser n evaporator n all attachin lines..quite a bit of stuff to remove, the power steerin drain fluid from reservoir, disonnect the lines remove the belt n remove the pump, then jus cut the lines to the rack leavin some fluid in it.

what he's trying to say is that mugen didn't make a d16 ecu, To tell you the truth i don't know wether they did or not so i won't get into the argument anymore then i just did.

what he's trying to say is that mugen didn't make a d16 ecu

Mugen only makes ecu's for the B16A, B16B, F20C, and the K20A. Mugen did make the N.1. for the B18C5 but they have discontinued it.

Now I could be wrong but, I don't think I am.... So I ain't....

P.S. Looking at the original post I don't now wether its a Mugen chip in his ecu or a Mugen ECU re-programed for a D motor. However, Mugen does not produce or sell ECU chips, stock ECUs with replacement chips, or programmable ECUs.
