My nomination for rice of the year90gs 09-15-2003, 12:14 PM http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2432738433&category=6256 i like how its a "95 civic si coupe" and the "blower is full functional with connections to the throttle body" transamdude95 09-15-2003, 12:19 PM O....M.....G........  :grinno: BlkCamaroSS 09-15-2003, 01:59 PM Lynch squad... :nono: carrrnuttt 09-15-2003, 02:41 PM http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2432738433&category=6256 i like how its a "95 civic si coupe" and the "blower is full functional with connections to the throttle body" First-off, I do NOT see how that fucking blower "connects" to the throttle-body in ANY way. Anybody else notice that it isn't even on the hood in some of the pictures? Second, the F20B, is NOT in any way related to the S2000's F20C, except for having similar names. The F20B is a de-stroked, higher-revving, more powerful version of the Prelude's H22A, with parts interchangeability between the two. NO F20C PARTS WILL INTERCHANGE WITH H22 MOTORS, as far as I know. They are two totally different motor designs. It's people like these that make me want to KILL.:comprage1:newburn::swear::cya::chair::twak: -The Stig- 09-15-2003, 05:01 PM HAHA... That scoop can't be functional... it's for a 4 barrel Carburetor the butterflies are actuated by the carb/throttle linkage. Plus in the picture that shows the motor, you can see the intake tube runs to the stock location not 'up' where the scoop is. $245 Mr. Gasket Street Scoop http://www.jegs.com/photos/7206650.jpg EDIT: I just looked at it again and read through his 'mod' list three times. And notice its not even Supercharged... but he calls the scoop a blower. Ha... funny. He must be thinking about the Top Fuel Mechanical fuel injection bird catchers... those are about $4000 for the complete setup last I saw... EDIT #2: I just noticed he also spent like a million bucks on this thing right, Yet didnt buy real leather seats. He got a cheap knock off... Leatherette. Never heard of it, but it can't be great. And I'm sure that MOMO emergency brake shift lever works great... in a emergency I want to be sure I look cool as i'm pulling the lever. And that 75 shot of Zex NOS. He's got both? haha. chris26969 09-15-2003, 05:16 PM thats the grossest car ive ever seen. pre 09-15-2003, 05:27 PM That car is horrible and I agree with redneck there is no way that scoop is functional. All that money wasted on looks and its not even fast. :crying: :puke: -Josh- 09-15-2003, 06:12 PM OMFG....That is the dumbest looking car i have EVER seen in my life. It is an insult to automobiles(domestic and import alike). The front of the car looks like the face of that creature from Jeepers Creepers. If you'll excuse me i'm going to go dump my head in a sink of soap and water to clean what i have just looked at. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Ace$nyper 09-15-2003, 06:20 PM i wouldn't even shit on that car. my turds desevere better. Jetts 09-15-2003, 06:20 PM why is there plastic on the seats?? is that his grandma's house? :nono: mynismo 09-16-2003, 01:15 AM here's what he just posted "Correction: Note that blower is a "hilborn" scoop and this scoop is fully functional as a "hood scoop". The flaps are attached via cable to the throttle body cable. During full throttle, the flaps are fully engaged. A flexible tubing is attached to the AEM intake which in turn is attached to the Aluminium base plate of the hilborn scoop. Also inside the scoop there is an air filter which came with the scoop. Because of the SS hood scoop already attached to my hood, I do have more room to play with. Also the base plate is attached to the hood with reinforcement bars. This has added more weight on the hood but I did notice a vacuum like effect when throttle is fully engaged. I don't really know why but it feel nice. For more info. please email me." haha so let me get this. he has a seperate hose going from the intake to the hood scoop, a hood scoop which happens to have another air filter. haha. wtf is going on here? vacuum effect huh???!???!?!? that is the craziest front bumper i've ever seen. but a carburetor lookalike on a honda? haha..... only my hybrid z can pull that off. even then... and i though i wasted money on my 240. he most have put a good 40k into this car. shaved lambo doors, the front bumper, molded everything, paint, that interior lol, the taillights... and for what, a fast looking carburetor honda wanna-be piece of shit! haha this makes my day edit: you gotta give him something. there's no alum wing there. i guess it doesn't go with his hood scoop :lol2: 39000 people looked at it in 36 hours. hilarious. that guy's car and the guy who bid should go crawl up in a hole before people start coming after them with beebee guns. edit: he's canadian that explains it :smokin: RicR_wana_B 09-16-2003, 02:33 AM first off :puke: secondly :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: O MY GOD!!!!!! as soon as i saw that "blower" i wanted to throw up that is the biggest waste of money and if anybody bids on that car i will kill them wait OMFG look at the second picture down from the top left (where on earth is the scoop?? hmmmm) :loser: :comprage1 god that just makes me sick 90gs 09-16-2003, 10:55 AM the engine in that car is a h22, which, depending on the model had around 200 hp. the guy also has a lightweight flywheel, i/h/e, and a 75shot. its not as fast as it should be for spending that much money but im sure it would spank the average civic ricer... its sure ugly as hell and rice of the year but it has some scoot to it.. Egg_Shen 09-16-2003, 11:14 AM now that's a sweet ride!!! :smokin: ScoobySnacks 09-16-2003, 11:55 AM here's what he just posted "Correction: Note that blower is a "hilborn" scoop and this scoop is fully functional as a "hood scoop". True there are many dumb people that live in this country, but I think that goes for both Canada and the USA. Considering there are 10 times more people in the USA I would think that there are way more dumb a$$es there too :) Scooby Doo carrrnuttt 09-16-2003, 01:47 PM the engine in that car is a h22, which, depending on the model had around 200 hp. the guy also has a lightweight flywheel, i/h/e, and a 75shot. its not as fast as it should be for spending that much money but im sure it would spank the average civic ricer... its sure ugly as hell and rice of the year but it has some scoot to it.. Unless he painted it to look like it, or got the right valve-cover, his claim of an F20B motor seems feasible. The F20B is a de-stroked version of the H22A that revs higher and has a higher output at 220HP. It, however, has NOTHING to do with the F20C that is in the S2000, like he claims, except for the similar name. mynismo 09-16-2003, 05:34 PM also, what's up with all the gauges on the hood, out in the open? http://www.lambo.ca/photos2/Extreme%20Civic/civic%20pics%20009.jpg Ace$nyper 09-17-2003, 01:06 AM thats an old drag racer thing from back in teh 60s 70s haggard IMHO. BlkCamaroSS 09-17-2003, 01:20 AM SS hoodscoop, I resent that remark... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: 90gs 09-17-2003, 02:40 AM also, what's up with all the gauges on the hood, out in the open? ive seen hoods for imports, AND DOMESTICS that have gauges on the hood like that... seems reasonable, no drilling holes in your interior to run wires to places under the hood for oil temp and that kinda stuff... spy 09-17-2003, 03:29 AM Notice the plastic on the seats? WTF? Does he still wet the bed or something??? :loser: Examples like this just hurts Honda owners even worse..... .....and they wonder why people make fun of them! (I realize not all Hondas are alike, but I've seen too many not to generalize) ~A mynismo 09-17-2003, 12:12 PM thats an old drag racer thing from back in teh 60s 70s haggard IMHO. yea, they look good on old cars, but this is an import. hmm SR20DETpower 09-17-2003, 12:24 PM they would mainly use a fuel pressure gauge up there so that way you don't have to run a line with fuel in it into the cockpit, also why its considered an old thing is they used big cowl hoods like that for their carbs and the gauges would be in better line of sight with the outside instead of looking down to read them.... YogsVR4 09-17-2003, 01:49 PM I would almost want that car so no matter what else I ever bought, it would look fantastic next to that monstrosity. DeViL 09-17-2003, 02:00 PM 2 bids and at $10,000?!?!? What is going on here? 2strokebloke 09-17-2003, 04:01 PM metallic dysentery green? - you can bet that wasn't a factory option. DJ Nitrous 09-17-2003, 05:06 PM I really really do not appreciate every one of you making fun of my car.... I bet none of you have ever thought of putting an Old School scoop on a new car. As far as it not being on in ONE picture, that is because i took the picture before i installed it and it was a good picture. It IS functional because the tubbing runs down the left side of the hood to the intake and is therefore unseeable and the flaps hood to the throttle cable that runs to the TB. The plastic protects the seats from getting messed up by my friends...the ZEX NOS means a ZEX Nitrous Oxide System...As far as the ront bumper...I though it would look alot better once i got it installed but it is easily changeable. Yall are such dumb ass haters...wait...5 BIDS!!!!!...omg..those ppl r dumb asses Street Sweeper 09-17-2003, 05:06 PM also, what's up with all the gauges on the hood, out in the open? http://www.lambo.ca/photos2/Extreme%20Civic/civic%20pics%20009.jpg All that money invested and he couldn't be bothered to upgrade to power windows....... Can I ask what you were thinking? That's the most tacky combination of colors I've ever seen! I mean come on! The interior reminds me of Mc Donalds - bright yellow and red! Yellow and red!? ( :banghead: even I paid enough attention in art class back in the 3rd grade to understand why not to do this) and then a metallic puke-green exterior... :disappoin It's the epitome of "tacky" it's gaudy to the extreme :eek7: At least it gets attention. Throw some plaid fuzzy dice on the mirror and stick one of those sunglasses wearing cacti on the antenna and I'll put a bid up though. (put some Yosemite Sam "Back Off" mudflaps on it, and I may bid even higher) You may not appreciate everyone making fun of your car - but they do :) DJ Nitrous 09-17-2003, 06:52 PM Hey man LAY-OFF...dont like it?...don't look at it!!!!! now shut the f*$k up!...god damn...LAY-OFF... 2strokebloke 09-17-2003, 07:49 PM Geeze louise - I thought I used enough smilies to indicate that I was only joking... (but I can only write for my own posts) Polygon 09-17-2003, 08:11 PM I wonder if that thing has some titanium muffler bearings??? The interior reminds me of Ronald McDonald. I wonder if this is his other car? I am sure most of you have seen the Ronald McDonald Mustang? This must be his latest project. DJ Nitrous 09-17-2003, 09:49 PM OK...sup evryone...I decided to let yall let off some steme...im not really the owner of the car...sorry if u cant take a joke..sorry if i came off too offensive (2strokebloke)..decided to have alittle fun... God need only provide mercy for the 1 who wins it. The other people need not be mercified. :p Plastic_Fork 09-18-2003, 01:41 AM Not really to my taste. I thought the scoop and front bumper were over-doing it and I personally prefer a stock or slighty modified interior. I'm not fond of chamelion paint jobs either... or not hot-colored or earth-toned paint jobs anyway. Jack-knife doors look cool on Lambourghini's, but I'd keep them off of Honda's. Otherwise the car wasn't too terrible. The rear tail lights looked interesting and were certainly different. I'm sure this was a show car and I've seen people do crazier things for car shows. Now for that OVER riced-out '87 Civic LX "Type-R" .... OMFG that's the funniest thing I've EVER seen in my entire life! That car HAD to have been done on purpose. And I can't believe those schmucks have the bid up to $10,000 already for that car. mynismo 09-18-2003, 01:46 AM http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2432601336&category=6256 What about that badboy? :loser: gotta love it http://www.warehousemotors.com/item_images/253-40230-1480.jpg http://www.warehousemotors.com/item_images/253-40230-1511.jpg i love people with that sense of humor BURNIN UP THE TRACK!! http://www.echopshop.com/parts_images/videos/drag2run.mpg Plastic_Fork 09-18-2003, 01:54 AM i love people with that sense of humor Damn right. I bet he didn't think he'd get $10k for the thing. Now he can get a good car. Good for him! :) Now pardon me while I bolt up silly junk on my Accord and prepare to sell it on eBay. :evillol: -Josh- 09-18-2003, 01:23 PM :eek7: that's not a joke is it.........? He really is selling it, the bid is at 15,000 dollars....... that is comedy people....some poor sap is actually gonna get that thing... :iceslolan mynismo 09-18-2003, 04:48 PM nah he's just joking, did you see all the people who bid? they all have 0 or negative feedback, they are just joking too... prolly all his friends. take a look at the bid history, haha < I am sure that it puts down at least "60" Wheel horsepower, if not "62". > lol ShinRekka 09-20-2003, 10:36 PM i swear i got acid diarrea as soon as i saw the front bumper. Its strange though, i kinda like it. When fast and the furious came out i probaly would of made that if i had 20grand laying around. with that said, im going to go kill myself, the shame is to much to bear sideshowrich 09-22-2003, 12:15 AM Wow, two great candidates for the coveted title of Ricer Of The Year, what a good race this will be. *trying to hold in laughter*.... *trying to hold in laughter*.... *straining*... oh what the hell, BWAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAHAHHAHAAHAHHAHAAHAHHAHAAHAHHAHAAH AHHA *catching breath....* HAAHAHHAHAAHAHHAHAAHAHHAHAAHAHHAHA :owned: :owned: :owned: :owned: My thoughts exactly  LjasonL 09-22-2003, 03:05 AM may god have mercy on those 5 ppl who have bid on it... Why? For all you know they just want the car to make an honest living plowing peoples driveways come winter time. KrNxRaCer00 09-22-2003, 04:09 AM Why? For all you know they just want the car to make an honest living plowing peoples driveways come winter time. tru tru...its an ever growing business... -The Stig- 09-22-2003, 04:27 AM Maybe they'll use the car to harvest Rice patties... or plow fields for potatoes... who knows, with a front clip like that... you could have the car double as a skateboard ramp... :screwy: 90gs 09-22-2003, 10:35 AM the snow would fly up the front clip and into the functional blower and get sucked in and cool the intake charge and speed up the snow plowing... kinda thing a ricer like him would say eh LjasonL 09-22-2003, 06:02 PM I figured it out... Everyone knows cool dense air goes to the ground and hot air rises. Well the bumper directs the cooler low air to the blower! vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
