I am trying to find the paint code for my 1993 Toyota Ext. cab 4X4 pickup. Is it embedded in the VIN or something? Thanks much.

It comes after 'C/TR' on the vehicle ID badge located in the drivers side door frame. Mine was 8E3 (Blue Pearl Metallic clearcoat). I purchased a can of spray and clearcoat for around $40 delivered from:
