Problem rolling back on incline

Just purchased a 2000 Montana and today noticed that when I'm stopped on an incline if I take my foot off the brake it slowly rolls backwards if I don't give it gas to accelerate.

Anybody have any ideas as to the cause or solution?

This is perfectly normal. Check it against another automatic equipped car, if it seems to be excessive.
