I own a 92 Linconl Town Car which starts fine (battery is ok) but stalls after going a short distance. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this stalling problem? Any assistance would be appreciated and thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Could be many things, or even several things at one time....
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say:
1) Replace the fuel filter
2) Clean the EGR system.
Here's some information on the EGR:

IAC is something that can cause the car to stall as well.
Idle Air Control Valve is behind the throttle body, I'm not sure for the 4.6l but for the 302s it is at AutoZone. Replacement is a little harder on these engines but a Factory service manual really helps.
