i went to the track again, and had alot better results. The first time i went to the track i ran a 15.9, this time i ran a 15.5 @ 88 mph. The only thing that was different was the knock sensor and a cold air intake. i talked to another spec owner ,whos was a 03, and he said that the knock sensor didnt help him, so do any of you have an 03 or newer who have tried this. Did it help? or not. Let me know

Grounding the knock sensor only helps if it's retarding timing due to excess vibrations. Chances are your cai alone isn't causing enough vibration for the knock sensor to act up, so grounding it won't do anything. If you had a header on the other hand it could really help
