Cleaning the air filter (not the intake) DaveOke 08-24-2003, 11:21 AM
I recently took the dash all apart to install a new radio, and I noticed the air filter for the blower is right full of dust. Is there any way to take it out and clean it? Kamakazze15 08-24-2003, 08:57 PM u took the WHOLE dash apart??? what year is it?? U can just reach in there and wipe it out...or just turn the AC on without the vents...Might get messy though :grinyes: if its gotta be cleaned, its gotta be cleaned sweetwhiteCAV 08-26-2003, 06:58 PM what year is the cav in question? Thats how to get the blower motor out, im not sure where the filter is in relationship to that, but all i can tell you is, take the blower motor out and see if you can get the filter out that way. clubcav_com 08-27-2003, 12:29 AM dont do it i had a friiend do it and it didnt turn out too well Moderator - ClubCav.com Cavaliers ONLY FREE unlimited photo albums now up!
