I recently took the dash all apart to install a new radio, and I noticed the air filter for the blower is right full of dust. Is there any way to take it out and clean it?

The Following was taken from the Haynes Automotive Repair Manual for 26-00 Cavaliers/Sunfires

1) Remove the lower right dash insulator panel (below the glove box) for access to the blower motor.
2) Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor and remove three screws from the blower housing
3) Pull the blower motor and fan straight down.

Thats how to get the blower motor out, im not sure where the filter is in relationship to that, but all i can tell you is, take the blower motor out and see if you can get the filter out that way.
