You could probably find a high mileage 98 svt with about 120K for about $5000-6000, but then again you live in California. I know in MI, theyre everywhere so chances are good you could locate one for sale there. Theres 2 98 svts for sale where i live in fort wayne, IN. Both are around $8000. Check ebay every once in a while too. Sometimes there always someone that doesnt put a reserve and you can get one cheap. Check the classifieds on www.contour.org as well. Good luck.
