Can anyone tell me how to either remove the bulb or the lamp itself of a fog light?

just read the owners manuall

I dont have an owners manual. And I dont feel like getting one.

If yours are stock, you gotta go underneath the bumper cover and take out the three bolts that hold the fog light to the bracket...then you can take it out and change the bulbs.
