i dunno wtf it is. wheel bearing? my dad did that on his jetta and it was damn expensive.

car is lowered 2.5" on skunk2 lowering springs with no camber kit. but i heard that camber kit puts the angle on the ball joint at even higher and will wear it out faster.

when i put my springs on the front right of my car i noticed that there was some greasy substance that was sprayed all over. it was on the rim, brake lines, wheel well. it wasnt thick at all, very thin. i checked brake fluid and it was totally full and there was too much leaked fluid for it to be me not noticing some missing from the brake reservoir.

i thought it was a wheel bearing but the sound stays the same volume from 10mph on up, and i heard that the sound gets quieter at freeway speeds because the damaged part on the bearing gets skipped.

i thought it might be allignment but the sound started like a week and a half after i lowered it... not right away. i also had it lowered on coilovers for a month before i switched to skunk2 springs.

thought it might be axles because the car shakes when i accelerate but it only shakes when i floor it when im already going 75mph.

rotors? my crx got oversized rotors, and squeaks at low speeds, not sure where your fluid is coming from.

i got it all figured out...

the squealing was the warning pins on the brake pads. the greasy substance all over was CV joint lubricant because my CV boot is torn on the bottom (didnt see the tear till it was up on the lift).
