My check engine light is on in my 96 Explorer. I did the diagnostic test and found the following results......

1. PO133 02 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

2. PO141 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

Ok,,,,,what does this mean? Is this something I can fix myself? Anywhere online that would explain this to me? Do I have to take it to the shop to be fixed? Gotta have this taken care of to pass inspection. Any help would be appreciated......thanks!

The heater circuit of that oxygen sensor does not work either there is a wiring problem or a defective oxygen sensor. As such the reading is affected and sets the code. Replace the oxygen sensor and make sure it is well grounded on the exhaust (tight).
