Plastic_Fork 08-05-2003, 12:57 AM $40 / month liability only with Allstate. - 1988 Accord LX 5-speed $160 / month full coverage with State Farm (probably switching to Allstate soon -- they quoted me $20 less). - 1995 Del Sol DOHC VTEC Graduated HS in '98  24 yrs old - not married. No wrecks or tickets ... so far. :bigthumb: I have over three years experience. Having driver's education and a defensive driving class also affects insurance rates. Usually lowers it some. Better than none. BullShifter 08-05-2003, 01:08 AM My pops works for Allstate so I get a HUGE break:wink: $160 per year 1. 91 civic si (full coverage $0 ded.) 2. 24 not married $857 per year - normal rate would be $250 per month 1. 96 vette (full coverage $0 ded) 2. If you cant pass the test, then NO driving. There are way too many bad drivers on the raod screwing up everything for the average drivers. Just keep loading up the air bags & people think they have nothing to fear. y2knowledge 08-06-2003, 03:41 PM No, it's those freakin soccer moms that have a cell phone grown into their heads. I mean, I almost get ran off the road on a daily basis by Excursions, Exploders, and Hummers by women that shouldn't be driving in the first place!... BLU CIVIC 08-06-2003, 03:47 PM 1) 90 civic hb 2) 25 3) $133 mo. with about 15 traffic violations since '97 and 20+ times pulled over Plastic_Fork 08-06-2003, 07:01 PM No, it's those freakin soccer moms that have a cell phone grown into their heads. I mean, I almost get ran off the road on a daily basis by Excursions, Exploders, and Hummers by women that shouldn't be driving in the first place!... I completely agree. Try driving in Atlanta -- the roads are infested with bad drivers all running bumper to bumper at 95mph spread across eight lanes. :frown: And what's worse is I've been driving the "invisible car" since I got my license. Nobody ever looks before turning or changing lanes around me, and turn signals are a fabled myth. Hatrick101 08-07-2003, 01:52 AM 1)2002 Accord Coupe EX 2)19 3)2nd year of college $135 a month y2knowledge 08-07-2003, 09:23 AM I completely agree. Try driving in Atlanta -- the roads are infested with bad drivers all running bumper to bumper at 95mph spread across eight lanes. I heard that Atlanta road sUx0rs. I was thinking that auto makers need to just drop the turn signal too. No one ever seems to use thm anymore. I'm thinking of adding a green police beacon to the top of my car and running it everytime I'm on the road... leslieo 08-09-2003, 03:34 AM $1200 a year. 1) 97 accord ex 4cyl/vtec/4 door 2)26 3)no discount ... three speeding tickets in four months... one stop sign violation... and one month ago totaled my maxima, and two other peoples' cars. The only discount I ever got was because I had 2 airbags, security device and belonged to AAA. bckwld03 08-09-2003, 12:16 PM Yes atlanta has probably the worst traffic management in the world. Its horrible to drive anytime between 4-6. Anyway i pay $480 every 6 months with state farm and i'm 18. Ryo145 08-11-2003, 11:26 AM $3200 per year 92 Acoord LX Coupe 17 Years Old Living in New Mexico made it worse, but roll over accident, w/ no claim took it from $1200 a year to that :frown: y2knowledge 08-11-2003, 11:31 AM Sweet Jesus, that's more then what I paid for my 93 Ex Coupe!
