'94 Bonneville quirkskirbotus 08-03-2003, 12:32 PM I am totally impressed with this forum.....the knowledge you guys have is huge. We recently bought a '94 SSEi and it's great in all but two areas: - after it has been driven awhile, the check engine light comes on once you stop and idle (like at a red light). Turning the motor off and restarting the car temporarily "solves" the proble. - lastly, the small lights on the touring ride and performance ride buttons are BOTH on while the car is running. Pushing either button has no effect on the lights. There were no modifications on the car, and we've not done any - but are considering a performance chip (leaning towards a Superchip), and some mufflers (leaning towards Dynamax Ultraflow). Thanks in advance for any thoughts! If you turn the car off the check engine light will not come back on untill it detects a problem again. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
