Kodiak Ice 03-31-2001, 12:13 AM LakeMountLude 03-31-2001, 12:16 AM LOOKS GREAT!! thanx man!! finally the stuff ive been looking for lol.. AirbagsOnDaHonda 12-17-2001, 01:49 PM Hey. I made my top and bottom grilles from gutter guard too. Except I got mine from Home Depot, if that helps anybody out. Same stuff, 3' x 6", just at a different place. Its kind of a pain in the ass to cut, or maybe I just went about doing it in a bad way.....Still, it was worth it. Total cost will be less than 5 bucks, and it'll look like you spent over a hundred on a Grill Craft grille. 94accord1g 12-17-2001, 01:55 PM cool will that work for the lower section also if so i know what i'm doin this weekend!! andimout:evillaugh brads94accord 12-17-2001, 03:49 PM i made a top and bottom one for my car too, except i bought one of those 4x8 sheets of mesh over in the concrete section for 12$ i cut out the little bar in the bottom grill so now its just one solid piece of mesh there, i love the thing. and i did the same thing you did kodiac for my upper grill. AirbagsOnDaHonda 12-17-2001, 10:08 PM 94accord1g, Yeah, it'll work for the bottom too. It looks best if you take your bumper off though. It will fit better, and look a LOT cleaner. Very sexy. haha 94accord1g 12-18-2001, 03:08 PM i was thinkin about it last night and i'll mount my fog lamps behinde the gutter guard and then before i install it i will remove the horizontal bar in the middle of the lower valance and paint the gutter guard the same red i used all over the car(calipers sohc valve cover etc) so my grill will be soile all the way around and have fog lights shining thru and it will stand out with the red coats of paint my ride is gold and i like the gold an red look when i finish i'll post up before and after pics probably monday or sunday has anyone attempted painting gutter guard will the paint stick or should i sand it with like 220 grit first to rough up the contact surface? andimout:evillaugh btw anyone like my new avatar it's traci lords under age porn star at the ripe age of 15 i think she's in her 20's in my pic 94_AcCoRd_EX 12-18-2001, 07:21 PM That looks really nice. Any other pics of it? AirbagsOnDaHonda 12-18-2001, 11:58 PM To my knowledge, you can just paint them. They arent really slick. I was gonna paint mine red too, (thats my accessorizing color also), but I didnt know how it would turn out. Go for it, and tell me how it looks. I'd like to see the pictures! I thought just plain silver would be more euro. 94accord1g 12-19-2001, 01:27 PM i think i'm gonna make two sets one red and one regular metal color just incase i don't like the way one looks and to keep the people around town guessing andimout:evillaugh vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
