Hi, I have a 1997 jimmy with a steering problem. When going down the highway it pulls real hard to the right. The air pressure is good, and the breaks don't seem to be sticking. I replaced the idler arm and looked at all the ball joints. Could this just be an alignment problem? I woory about how hard it pulls. It started doing this about a month ago. Thanks

I replaced the pitman arm today, wow what a pain that was. Had to remove the steering box.:bloated:

A pull of that type is either going to caused by misalignment or a bad tire. Try swapping the tires from side to side if the pull goes away or goes the other way then you have a bad tire. Otherwise get the alignment checked.

thanks for the input. The pitman arm was bad and solved most of the problem, now for the alignment.
