Helle. I just purchased a vehicle from a private party and now I have to wait until they receive the pink slip before I can register the car. They were financing it and with the money I paid them they supposedly paid off the car and now we are waiting for the clear title. Who signs on the back when we receive it ? Thanks for your help.
