Teg forntend on 92-95 civic???trigga 07-29-2003, 01:45 AM Dose a TEG forntend bolt on to the 2 dr coupe civic? if so what parts would i need and fron what years? whiteracer 07-29-2003, 02:36 AM no it won't, but i got a question. Will the RSX's front end and headlights bolt up to my 98 civic? For crying out loud....:biggrin2: trigga 07-29-2003, 02:40 AM so JDM, or USDM wont just bolt on?, are there any kits to do a frontend conversion beside the S14. because i read (a long time ago) that some gen of TEG could bolt right up with lil mod to a civic esp 07-29-2003, 12:06 PM you would need the hood and front bumper, and maybe the fenders. this conversion has been done before but i havent seen it on a coupe mostly hatches. i believe you gotta cut ur fenders and cut the teg fenders and weld them together, then u gotta find a way to mount the bumper and hood on the car. it has been done before search on google or somethin Rage of Xenin 07-31-2003, 04:47 AM yeah i've seen a white 6th gen coupe with a teg front end. midlifecrisisvette 07-31-2003, 11:53 AM Yeah that would be cool, but make sure that if you do it, do it with a better-looking JDM frontend, not the double-egg USDM frontend. If and when you complete it, post some pics. trigga 08-01-2003, 11:17 AM how bout tha del sol front, they look really close, any pics, and dose it bolt up? 4thGen4Door 08-08-2003, 08:24 AM this is a crazy one. midlifecrisisvette 08-08-2003, 09:41 AM Wow, that actually looks pretty good. gotvtecrx 08-13-2003, 04:53 AM :iagree: nice idea...i want my crex to have the usdm integra front end too...got most of the parts to do it.....and i've been wantin to do this conversion for a while too.....now just need the cf hood and i'll be set....this pic shows how i want my crex to look like plain and simple without the shoppin cart spoiler as shown below :eek2: midlifecrisisvette 08-13-2003, 02:33 PM Yeah it looks good specially on a CRX. Hey it's double-parked in two handicapped parking spaces, does that make it badass? esp 08-13-2003, 06:46 PM Originally posted by gotvtecrx :iagree: nice idea...i want my crex to have the usdm integra front end too...got most of the parts to do it.....and i've been wantin to do this conversion for a while too.....now just need the cf hood and i'll be set....this pic shows how i want my crex to look like plain and simple without the shoppin cart spoiler as shown below :eek2: dude do us a favor and make your signature a little smaller because it is taking up a lot of room and it aint helping th bandwidth problems lately either. thank you from you friendly af wannabe mod midlifecrisisvette 08-13-2003, 08:53 PM "Thank you from you friendly af wannabe mod" That's great lol. midlifecrisisvette 08-13-2003, 09:01 PM WOOO! This is my 50th Post! I'm now a member, *kicks n00b title out the door*, now come the big bucks!. boosted331 08-14-2003, 04:39 PM You can do it, but why? The lines of the teg front end don't flow with the lines of the civic at all. If you did want to do the conversion, you'd need front end, headlights, teg fenders AND your originals, you cut your originals in half and have them welded with the other half of the teg front end, and a new hood. TheNotoriousMogg 08-15-2003, 03:32 PM dude do us a favor and make your signature a little smaller because it is taking up a lot of room and it aint helping th bandwidth problems lately either. thank you from you friendly af wannabe mod :werd: and I was wondering can i bolt a 2001 lightning front end onto my 96 integra? :loser: gotvtecrx 08-15-2003, 07:47 PM here are a couple more shots of a 94 civic with a 98 integra front end SWEET!!!! thething 08-19-2003, 04:17 AM so you want this? http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid49/p1f940a46ca67b999330fcc07dfb4b620/fcafb696.jpg do you have much of this? $$$$$$$$$$$ if you really want a fairly bolt on kit, I can make one for you. Here's what you would need to do though. Remove fenders, hood, bumper cover, bumper, radiator support. The hard part about that is removing the radiator support, to do that you will need a drill. If you look on your radiator support you will see hundreds of little welds on there, they will be in the shape of tiny circles such as these http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid41/p516e1b4f894be192fa91b5673ad0419a/fcfafb92.jpg take your drill and drill the welds out like this http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid41/p0f91079c4651bcb0a923c1f81b5bf454/fcfafb91.jpg and then you will need to weld the integra radiator support onto your car, just make a bunch of little tac welds. The rest of the kit will be bolt on. Contact my brother at y2k_civic@hotmail.com if you're interested. here's a 94 civic with a 98 front end that my brother and cousin did, it's fairly the same thing, cut and weld fenders, weld front end on, lign everything up. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid40/pd00fe73fedf1a8fd656898cd006983be/fcfeba9c.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid40/pf99dde1c03efadd80a64f3ffe2b3c08b/fcfbfb40.jpg http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid41/paa3d7c424fe8ed871e8a199ab46a3095/fcf61ec7.jpg CivicLeader 08-22-2003, 08:29 PM Yeah...not just a simple bolt on...You would need the entire front end to make the conversion complete..and would still need to modify it...or totally modify your front end using your existing fenders/hood...big job but I've seen ti years ago in superstreet or subcompactcar... Good luck... CL vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
