I have a 2000 echo that when cold (when the blue light is on) it sometimes seems to stall for about 10-20 seconds usually happens when backing out of driveway then trying to go in drive ( doesn't matter is I put the car to the floor it always seems to have to run its course). Always happens at stop to go. Changed plugs & air filter but no luck. Car has about 75km or 47k miles. Took it to toyota but they can't find anything.. not registering any codes. type of thing that only happens here and there...

Just wondering if these cars have any problems with their choke systems... or if that could be the problem?
