IM thinkin of gettin a 98 GSX are they fast? is there a better cheaper car??? that looks as good?

My friend runs a 94 vtec prelude in which he recently pulled up next to a GSX. he said that off the start he had absolutely no chance, GSX's are pretty damn fast. im not too sure how many lbs of boost it runs off of its turbo, but if ur looking for cheaper id try an eagle talon TSI. they are basically the same car except a talon might be a little bit cheaper. good luck man

ya im the guy with the prelude, ya he was stock vs my stock and he torched me off the line and was ahead the whole race, not to bad a car if i say myself......

My friends got a GSX. He kept the outside almost completely stock and modified the engine. He's running about 13LBS of boost. That thing is real quick. It spins its tires at 60 MPH. Its a great car, if you can afford the parts. Oh in case you were wondering, why does a AWD car spin its tires, well beacuse he converted it to RWD. Runs great with a new drive train.

Talons are no less dependable than an Eclipse they are the same car
and the Talon Esi's are probably about 5k or so for a 2gen and a Tsi will cost you about 8-9k 2gen also
don't bother with the 1gens they are really troublesome.
