HELP!!

I recently bought a 2003 Lancer O-Z Rally, even though from all the studies that I had read I knew that the engine was seriously underpowered. I was looking for some suggestions to increase power relatively inexpensively. So far I've heard intake and exhaust, but I'm not sure where to look. Any thoughts?? Thanks

i have and 02 oz rally with aerospeed exhaust and intake. i never drove it bone stock though so i cant say if its helped all that much. it sounds really good though.

Theres not really any inexpensive mods you can do that will give a noticeable power increase. RoadRace (http://roadracemotorsports.com/lancerdrive.htm) Has turbo, intercooled or non, will give you GREAT hp increase. Or you could go a little lower, with Headers. But for starters, I say GReddy exhaust, and AEM Cold air intake. Not very cheap, but worth the money.
