Hey guys, I'm new to the forum so hello to everyone. I have a question for you guys... I'm thinking about buying a 97 teg gsr, its got 80k miles, full body kit, custom electic blue paint, 17" white wheels, Ractive Exhaust, DC sports 4-1 header, AEM CAI, and a ZEX Nitrous system. I'm wondering if I should deal with it, I'm a little hesitant because of the nitrous, is that something I should worry about, I don't know much about it other than a lot of people say its a bad idea. The price is right, its only $9,500 o.b.o.......soley because the market for import sports cars that are modded is quite small in Duluth, MN and he's had it for sale about 5 months with no hits. Please let me know your thoughts guys :D I can't help but think I have to pick it up for that price so let me know soon :smile: thx guys!

Ask him how long the nos has been on the car and how often he used it. That is a good deal on the car. Just ask some questions. After 5 months do hits i would offer him 8500 for it.

yeah that is a nice deal hopefully he hasent been tryin to be Paul Walker and hittin the button a shitload of times, or your engine might be fucked and you will have no idea till you tear it apart

To tell you the truth, I wouldn't buy it. I would much rather by a car then do the NOS myself. Cause you know the guy used about half a tank the day he decided to put it up for sale. I would.

Well IMO ZEX makes terrible nitrous kits, so I think I would stay away from it unless you can get it for alot cheaper.
P.S Everbody NOS is a ricers term:rolleyes:
