FS: Baer big brake kit - new and unusedmcsinc 07-16-2003, 02:15 AM Huge 12.5" rotors (4x100 pattern), PBR calipers, SS lines, hubcentric rings, 5 mm spacers. Won't fit the profile of my 16" rims, so going with different brake kit. Paid over $1500 new...best offer takes. See www.miata.org/cmt/bsp/singleitem.asp?itemno=285. contact me at mcsinc@silk.net Chase95gsr 07-18-2003, 01:15 AM if they wont fit on your 16 but would they fit on my icw racing 17s mcsinc 07-18-2003, 02:13 AM They should almost surely fit 17's...using the 5 mm spacer, the rotors will clear my 16's, but I have to find longer stud nuts, drill my hubs and it is too much of a PITA so I'm just going with another kit with smaller rotors. You can check fitment by checking out Baer's website and printing off a caliper/rotor profile to check fitment on your specific wheel. Chase95gsr 07-19-2003, 01:03 PM so if you are selling these how much are you willing to let them go for? mcsinc 07-19-2003, 02:18 PM make me a reasonable offer :) Chase95gsr 07-19-2003, 03:02 PM 400 mcsinc 07-19-2003, 09:54 PM sorry, but I think 400 is unreasonable...maybe if they were used. These have not been used AT ALL; they are brand spanking new. All the SS lines, bolts, rings, etc are still in the original sealed bag, and the pad spacers used for shipment are still intact. Chase95gsr 07-20-2003, 04:17 PM well whats resonable? mcsinc 07-20-2003, 10:32 PM I'd look more seriously at an offer around $1300 Chase95gsr 07-22-2003, 12:39 AM dude even if they are brand new and not used they have been bought...therefore price depreciation. the most i would even consider offering is 5 mcsinc 07-22-2003, 02:53 AM well i guess we have different opinions on what constitutes price depreciation...i'm already knocking off a couple hundred bucks which is >10%...i'm surely not fire-saleing them for 500! That's like buying a car, driving off the lot and then accepting 33% of the paid price. I think you'd have a hard time finding anything, car-related or not, new and unused, selling for 1/3 the price paid for. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
