84 T-Bird cutting out

I have a 84 T-Bird Elan, it cuts out when I am driving. I changed the oxygen senser and runs great for a few days then it starts cutting out again. It has been doing this for years, and I am tired of it now. When I sit at a stop it lunges forward and dies. And then it is kinda hard to start. It cranks over a few times then starts. Please help...

It could be the EGR valve.... I have a 87 Tbird, and I have a similar problem with stalling, and thats what it turned out to be. Also my brother had the exact same problem with the EGR valve a couple years before... So from what I see, this could be a common problem for these cars... if your engine is anything like mine, chaning it shouldnt be any problem at all, its right on top of the engine ... well at least for me....
