thanks its a veilside body kit and i also do think i need to change the rims just got a good deal on those so i got them just to have but for the engine not at the moment my engine was stolen so i had to put the stock motor back in but they found most of the engine so it will be back in soon

what kind of motor did you have that was worth stealing(dont mean it in a bad way) was a a sr20det or maybe a ka24de-t??

that hood belongs on a chevy cav. plus it serves no purpose at all, thats not where the air intake is on a 240. c'mon dorifto, your the leader of this whole imahoidawafr thing

that hood is dope! the rims are slick. so is the kit.

the only thing i don't like is the spoiler, but that opinion would change if it had an r25 in there :biggrin:

personaly i hate all veilside kit, the vent on the hood should be the other way and with no grey stripe...i hate your rims too and that ugly veilside wangan style wing... theres only 2 things that i like about your car...1: Its Black and 2: its a 240

nice ride man. I like the body kit, it goes well in black. Awesome hood but also, i would get new rims:spit:

here's my take. i'm not attacking you or your taste, this is just my opinion.

1) rims are ugly as shit.
2) body kit is uglier then shit.
3) hood would look better without silver stripe.
4)i'm actually one of the only people on this planet that kinda likes that wing, but only when it's paired with a tasteful body kit and not that god-awful Veilside kit that makes your car look like a retarded guppy fish.

3) how could you like that hood? you know as good as me that it isnt close to functional. i would assume youd hate it more then me.

4)i love wangan style wings. they rock the heazy forsheasy, but i feel that its wasted on a crap car like that.

didn't say i liked the hood, i just said it would look better without the silver area. i think a vent back there does do some good, as it helps to cool the engine bay and dissipate any heat the engine may be creating, but i could be wrong *shrugs*. the carbon hood on www.jspec.com's yellow S13 has a vent molded into it around that same location, and their car is ALL go, so it must do SOME good...

doesn't matter. when the engine get's hot, the hot air fills up the entire engine bay. it doesn't just sit at the front. the vent would help to cool down the engine bay thus possibly lowering the overall engine temp.

I HATE veilside kits. But for your "RIDE" its ok saved by the black paint! And i like Wang spilers too, and your wing is as crazy as the kit so i guess it fits... :wink: Another thing your scoop is realy pointless. cooling your firewall is not realy doing much, all the heat is still traped in there. A reverse scoop would be ALOT!! more efficiant. You want to let the hot air out and a reverse scoop is the perfect solution for it. :biggrin2:

id agree with painting the silver part of the hood black. i like the hood a lot, very very functional if you have an rb in there

i like the kit and the rims... maybe im the only one

thanks for all the opinions it will help me with future modifications and yes the rims are going quickly but just to point one thing out it is a black with red pearl paint job hard to tell from pics but u can see it in person
