I'm a forum newcomer and I like what I see. Finally, a place for all the Lumina fanatics to come together. I just bought a Chevy Lumina 2001 LS with the GM 3100 V6 engine. It's got about 20k miles and I love it, but I want to out fit it for speed. My ultimate goal is to beat my friend's Grand Prix with the 3.8 V6. Any suggestions for performance increase. What about killing my governor... how can I do that? Would you reccomend it?

Would adding a hypertech system to my car void the GM warranty? Please let me know what you think. Thanks.
