after replacing the P/S pump the power steering is still not working. Before replacing the rack I may try the pressure switch. Anyone run into this before?

did u refill with fluid?

No I am running the pump dry... lol yes the resivour is full. Im fearing its the rack. The suction line has vaccum, but no fluid seems to flow to the rack.

Sounds like the rack to me, or a bad hose/line

maybe it got clogged(the hose)
